"This home was even better in person. Its located in one of the most beautiful spots in Michigan- Michigan's wine country. There is so much to do for all ages. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for our trip, but we still enjoyed our time playing games, spending time together as a family, soaking in the hot tub and drinking Michigan wine by the fireplace. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and Empire Therapy has been my favorite. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Lizzie’s place. The setting on the lake is peaceful and quiet, and during our visit we were lucky to get a beautiful snowfall that made everything feel calm and cozy. The large living room windows brought in great views, and the open layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together while still feeling comfortable.The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking, and the basement game room was a great bonus — the pool table and games kept both the kids and adults busy. What we appreciated most was how naturally the space brought our family together. Our kids actually put their devices away, and none of us were ready to leave when the trip ended.Lizzie was very responsive and helpful, and communication was smooth from start to finish. The home is well cared for and in great condition. We would gladly return, and would love to experience it again in the summer as well."

"The lake view is lovely. We wish the dock hadn’t been taken out for the season. Helpful suggestions - The kitchen needs to be reorganized and some equipment replaced. Especially the dinner dishes and pots and pans. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Lightning in the bedrooms and bathrooms was not sufficient. Bedrooms need bedside lamps. The living room also needs additional non-ceiling level lighting. The living room photo on the site is not accurate. There were no side chairs in the space during our stay. The management company was very responsive when I reached out with questions. "
