“Very comfortable stay”

“At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited. So all in all I give this a very poor experience but a high……

“The Sylvan Inn was a great Bed and Breakfast! The room we stayed in was really clean and cute for us when we got there and sharing a bathroom wasn’t as bad as we had initially thought! The staff was incredibly friendly in the morning for breakfast and got it out to us quickly each morning. The breakfasts were light and refreshing and so very tasty! The parking situation wasn’t terrible either. Overall a great stay and we will be coming back in the future!”

“This is a cute motel at the bottom of the dune climb. I've stayed here many times and will come back every summer. The beds are comfy. The room decor is cute. The staff is very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the well water smell in the shower. But it does not stop me from staying here. I have stayed in most of the other motels in the area and this is my favorite one!”

“Our reservation was a for 3 but resources in the room were for 2. Service was great. Rom was ok, but communication and preparation was weak.”

“Cold shower two days. They said the handle was put on improperly and would work if I turned the other way. It did not. I booked non refundable so couldn’t get out of my extra night. They didn’t provide shampoo. The gym does not include weights. I will not be staying in a Baymont by Windham ever again.”

“The location is great. The conditions of the hotel, not so much. Our sheets looked slept in, hair everywhere and very wrinkly. The ice container had water in it with hair and food floating in it. The lobby smelled moldy. I was told by a local that the hotel is in a transition phase with switching owners. Hopefully it will improve because the location it amazing!”

“Great location, walkable to downtown, and the beach across the street. Check-in and Check-out were both easy and quick. Experience like a hotel, but much better priced. Property is beautiful, clean, modern, and we will be back.”

“We stayed in this unit June 23-25 (2 nights). Overall we were happy with the unit and the area. The only problem we discovered came a few days after we left. One of our party of 4 discovered several small bites on her legs that got progressively worse over a couple of days, leading her to go to urgent care. The doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. She was in the bedroom with the queen bed. The sheets on the bed were dark gray so any evidence of bed bugs would have been difficult to see,……

“Virtual check in was terrible. $50 to park per day in unsecured lot. No toilet paper. 1 towel per person for 2 days. No staff to help anyone. No vending machines. Not worth the money at all. Pictures will show the parking and the dirty towel is from the nasty floors”
