The owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also met some of the neighbors and it is reassuring that they all watch out for one another.”

“This property is not actually in a HOME, which was a bit misleading. It is in the upstairs of a retail building, and appears to have been an office space remodeled for apartments. The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. The lock/security appeared low, one deadlock and pin controlled handle/lock (actually moved/not secured on the inside of the……

“We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not……

“We used this space for a work retreat to edit a film. It was clean, and spacious and reasonably quiet, and suited our needs well. My only critique would be that it smelled quite strongly of something like moth balls or similar. I'm personally a fan of places that are clean, but do not have strong cleaning or air fresherner smells, as I can be quite allergic to some of them.”

“Picked this location because it was on the route from West Point to Gillette stadium. It was an hour closer for our son (and friends) to get here than if we had stayed in Boston and it put him that closer for drive home on Sunday. The house was great and well decorated for Christmas. My wife’s comment was that she felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The host was very responsive (not that we needed anything). And Army beat Navy! Great weekend.”
