The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose...

「Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there...

「Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
