淋浴至一半時無熱水。住酒店最高層(约4樓)，無電梯，㩦大件行李十分不便，無人協助搬入房。街道十分嘈雜，近救護站，時常有救護車响警号在街往來。

It was disappointing to be honest, incredibly noisy area which isn’t anyone’s fault of course. Bed was comfy enough but everything was a bit tatty, the radiator didn’t work at all, though the staff member manning the desk got a portable heater for us. Mould on the wall in the corner by the bed, challenging toilet flush and a wobbly shower that took 5 mins to get warm. We thought that wasn’t working either but the helpful staff member told us it would take ages when we asked and he brought the spare heater. No kettle/cups/tea or coffee and no public access to any, no nearby shops that made tea, so that was pretty awful when you’ve travelled a long way (from Cornwall) I’m not used to luxury in any way coming from a poor area of the country so not being a fussy reviewer here, could have been a lot better.

The price was great for the time of year, only good thing about this place. It was scorching hot in the room to the point where we couldnt fall asleep until physically passing out in the early hours of the morning, there was ants crawling around everywhere, the only thing that seemed to be changed since the previous residents were the bed and the towels, odd smell in the place, worst hotel ive ever stayed in. A word of advice: spend the extra few hundred for a premier inn or something.

The hotel has basically no amenities and the reception is not staffed. Clean enough, but very stiff bed and cold room, maybe because I hit it in-between two heat waves? Not bad but nothing to write home about.
