“Our experience was overall great. The housekeeping service was appreciated. Staff of the hotel were nice. However, the only deficit was the wifi connection. ”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel located in convenient location, right by the Stevens Creek Trail side. There is a Japanese food market in 6 min. walking distance. ”

“There is no standard SOP for the maid. No towel after cleansing the house. I have to ask the front desk for towel but some times, they answer me they do not have any towels right now”

“Love staying here!! It's close to the beach and boardwalk. Super friendly staff. Woman that works the front desk is always super nice even though I'm usually checking in late at night!!”
