“a hotel in the moutain, it's so nice and peaceful, it's very suitable for vacation. but a little faraway from city. and the road is hard for driving.”

“I was a little concerned after reading a few negative reviews, but they must have been old. Clean, pleasant, and entirely convenient for our purposes. Our room had a kitchen as well, which would be really handy if you were looking to save money on vacation (there’s a grocery store just down the street). ”

“The beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft. The breakfast part was good except no protein like eggs. Another thing I’m upset about is when I planned my trip I chose this hotel because the pics on the website looked pretty. When I arrived nothing like what was advertised. So this was the only part of my vacation that I was very unhappy about. False advertising is something I don’t respect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I should get a refund for this false advertisement and……

“La recepción está muy sencilla que ni baño tiene mientras uno espera a ser atendido. Otra cosa que le falta al hotel es señalar la distribución de las habitaciones. No hay señalización alguna indicando de dónde a dónde va la numeración de las habitaciones. ”

“Comfortable, clean room. Like having 4 pillows on the bed, 2 more puffy, 2 less puffy. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and attentive. Only coffee for breakfast but rather go out for breakfast anyway. Staff gave good recommendations on morning and evening dining. Could not recommend any more highly. Perhaps a bit of highway noise early in the evening that became neglible later.”

“We wish we could have stayed longer! Stayed in Sisley and it was great. A little chilly, but the comfortor was good quality. Felt like staying at a nice mom/grandma house...nicely decorated and comfy. Would stay here again if we are in Santa Cruz longer. ”
