“Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf.”

“This was one of the best experiences with a vacation rental we had in many years. The location is amazing: 5 min from one of the best redwood state parks, and very close from two other parks and the ocean. The surrounding small towns are little gems literally hidden under the canopy of redwoods. The house was very comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-designed interior. It was so quiet, peaceful, and the air was amazing. The communication with the host was……

“The location of this home can’t be beat! The short stroll to the beach and restaurants made our getaway so much easier, especially when we were lugging all of our gear and kids with the beach wagon. The home is bright and clean with a great living space to cozy up and watch a movie with the kids after dinner. Communication was clear and my questions were answered quickly. Capitola is one of our favorite places so I was so lucky to find this comfortable home for a relaxing vacation before school……
