“預訂了兩間房間，但第一位台前服務員只能安排兩間不同樓層的房間，經過要求下由另一位台前服務員才可安排兩間房間在同一樓層。 間房廁所漏水，部分房間燈未能運作。”

“自駕遊就非常方便，可免費泊車在街上，價格便宜，在屋內要上一小段樓梯，乾淨整齊，只是床中間有些凹陷，古色古香，一塵不染，維護非常好，很喜歡這種特式酒店！”

“The rooms m and hotel were lovely and clean and its very convenient for the centre. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot……

“Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place……

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“Clean and tidy room. Warm corridors but air conditioned rooms, which worked well in my room. Staff friendly, lift noisy, car park not the easiest to find. Google maps directions to it are inadequate.”

“The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean- however, on the Friday evening when I arrived the Internet was down, and still down when I went out after 9 am Saturday morning. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.”

“Lovely hotel nice rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was really tasty plenty of choice and really tasty. Evening meal was disappointing the lasagne overcooked and dry, the hunters chicken had been kept warm for so long the bbq sauce was congealed we waited an hour for our food to arrive. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again but would find somewhere else for our evening meal”
