“I have given a low score because I booked for breakfast and a superior room. There was no breakfast and our bathroom was across the corridor which would have been ok but the shower just trickled out there were instructions due to low pressure but it was cold in there and couldn’t have a full shower. The bins were not emptied and tea and coffee not replaced there was milk sachets left which had been opened. The room was so small it was difficult for me and my husband to comfortably get ready……

Breakfast was great and so nice that it was included. Dinner was very good too.”

Then directed to our room, which was very nice, warm and comfortable with a massive bed. It was all very clean and tidy.
