“This property was amazing! Anthony was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived I was very surprised by the outside of the building. But once you enter the building you enter a beautiful oasis. Our cottage #1 was spacious and extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s so worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Perfect spot for exploring New Orleans. Situated in the French Quarter, but not on super noisy Bourbon St. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very well maintained with very polite and accessible staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was larger than many vacation homes in Aptos. Great choice - highly recommend.”
