「Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... 」

「Room was clean and cozy, staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, and it was hassle free. We needed somewhere to stay after a wedding and I’m so glad we chose here! I felt safe and everything was actually clean. For the first time ever—our room didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. Everything was great!! Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to visit.」

「Our stay was great! Comfy beds, all was clean. No unwanted guests! Our room could use a little updating. Our tub faucet was not attached to the shower wall, so you had to be careful when you pulled the knob up to use the shower head. We had RSVP'd ourselves to the end room stay, for quietness from any others. The building location was great; right beside all of the festival weekend activities. 「We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

「Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.」
