「Great place. Clean. New」

「It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. 「The hotel is very well situated in a quiet area of Palau and the sea view balcony rooms have an incredible view out over the marina and beyond. The room was nice, a shame that the door did not line up to see the view out. The air conditioning and bathroom were great, but there are no tea/coffee making facilities and the bed was not overly comfortable. 「Un hotel con una posizione magnifica ed una spiaggia privata molto bella. Il personale è gentile ed abbondante. La spiaggia è molto bella e si dovrebbe spiegare che la posidonia morta sulla spiaggia ha un’importante funzione ecologica e meccanica di protezione della spiaggia. In ogni caso la spiaggia potrebbe essere pulita meglio, ed il parcheggio auto privato è poco capiente, per cui a volte non si poteva parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura.
