「I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.」

İlk gidişimizde memnun kaldık ama bu sefer otel boş olduğu için personelin büyük kısmını izne çıkardıklarını söylediler, genel olarak memnun kalmadık ve 1 gece erken ayrılmak durumunda kaldık. 」

「The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!」

「The property has an overall dated look. Old furniture and Animal heads on the walls. Breakfast and the service was great.」

「Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.」
