"I just stayed here for a week. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was all very friendly. This was right after all the stuff happened down here so I called ahead of time and was assured everything was fine. I felt completely safe down here during my stay. I got a room on the fifth floor and the far back of the building which I highly recommend because it's far away from the street. The coffee place right next-door is delicious. I get that every morning instead of the coffee they offer here which is only available from 7 to 9 . But if you walk right out the door there's a little coffee place where you get a discount and it's bomb . I couldn't recommend this Hotel more. I got such a great rate. The rooftop pool is beautiful, hot tub is beautiful. The views from the rooftop full of the ocean are marvelous. I stayed in the panoramic deluxe room with the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's only a six dollar Uber over to the romantica district. I went one full day got the day pass playa los arcos For 60 bucks includes breakfast lunch and drinks right on the ocean that was awesome. This will definitely be one of my number one places to look when I stay in PV! Loved it. Thank you for the hospitality. What a find... and no kids lol"

"Very very nice staff very polite. Clean room, nice beach front resort, very clean garden, clean pool. The only downside was as my husband and I walked in, we were tricked, I mean side tracked into thinking that the lady that was in front of hotel with bellboy was actually checking us in and she mentioned she was going to tell us about the amenities of the resort. And bang! We fell into the 90 minutes conversation about buying into the Sheraton timeshare. We told them we weren’t interested after talking to 6!!! Six different people. That’s a little too much. I felt my vacation drifting away. Then we had to talk to another person in regards to rebound transfer to airport next day and then she starts telling us about another buying option, then we did a tour that was given to us for the 90 minute timeshare and there again another person approached about a new resort. Basically as soon as we got off the airplane, people shouting out to go with them, so overwhelmed with all of that. But the actual over all stay and staff at the Sheraton, bartenders, cleaning lady, extremely satisfied. I would just recommend, that the resort be mindful that some people just want to vacation. We were tired, and to still have to talk to people. That was not what I was looking for on my vacation. I must say they did give us a good price on tour, Los arcos. And 2 complementary massage at spa, which Evelyn and I can’t remember the other lady’s name. But they were great. Nice Spa but expensive!!! "

"We had a great experience at the Sunset Plaza Beach Resort and Spa. We can't wait to go back. The staff were top notch and the food was amazing!! You will not go hungry or thirsty at this resort. The drinks were yummy. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our view was spectacular, beautiful sunsets. We saw whales and dolphins on a few occasions right from our chairs at the pool. The beachfront is awesome and you can walk the beach for miles. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. "

"We had a mountain view room which faces traffick and mountains. However this year there was a full blown carnival right across from 6pm-12:00am for the 4 weeks we were there! Very very loud. ?charge less, maybe a free breakfast."
