“It was a great space for four people. Loved the location to Utica and local attractions! It was a great getaway!”

“Perfect for a little family getaway! The heat advisory kept us inside more than we’d planned, but the place is set up nicely, so we still had a great time playing games and making meals together!”

“This property was very clean and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a family gathering.”

“The sheets had sand in them so we had to wash the bedding upon arrival. We contacted the host about loud neighbors (so loud they couldn’t hear us knocking), but never heard back. The place was nice and spacious but the games got in the way. This is part of Grand Bear Resort which is past its prime. Lighting was awful and the upstairs got very hot if the curtains were open. Great location to parks. Decent stay, but likely won’t be back.”

“I loved how it was super clean. The host was very helpful and responsive.”

“Place was wonderful! We had an amazing time and would love to come back. Only thing I would comment on was the hot tub. There were bits of stuff coming out of the jets so that was a little off putting when we were looking forward to that but otherwise we had an amazing experience. ”

“Super cute place. Quite lakeside. Bright and cheerful (in the morning you might wake early). Would be super fun with a small group of friends or a romantic getaway. Would stay again.”
