“Don’t miss your opportunity to rent this apartment on your visit to Washington D.C. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington Cemetary. The metro stop is 3/10 of a mile down the street. There are bar/restaurants on Wilson which is a block away from the apartment. My wife and I are walkers, so we even walked to the national mall to see the memorials there. It’s a hike, but doable. If not, walk down to the metro and go……

“Clean and well-maintained, interesting and walkable neighborhood with accessible public transit. Only issue was very thin walls – we could hear every conversation above us. Still, if you're only there at night it's perfect.”

“A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well.”

“We had so much fun! The location of this property could not have been better. We toured the Mall, Smithsonian museums, The Capitol, saw Helicopter one land and take off from the White House and even went to a Nats baseball game. Metro station was within a couple of blocks and made it so easy to get around! The apartment was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples.”

“This place was such a lovely place for my father to stay while my while he was getting treatment at Sibley Hospital nearby. The backyard was beautiful and the nearby walking trail was a wonderful way to end each evening. The host was very hospitable. We would absolutely recommend!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and even smelled nice! NJay was a great host and easy to communicate with. I stayed for a little over 2 weeks by myself and felt safe. The parking seems a bit obscure but it was very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and private and not far from most key spots in the DMV.”
