“Surprise deposit that was never returned. They used a copy machine e to have my card on file which is not ok. I booked online because I trust the Expedia encryption software. Having a surprise deposit hand written note is very shady and unprofessional. Now my card information is on some paper who knows what they can do with it . Also I never received the deposit back which is not surprising. I booked a non smoking room and they put me in a room that reeked of cigarettes. What is the deposit even……

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“It was a perfect place for a one night stay. Nice and clean. Quick check in and even quicker check out. Would definitely stay again:)”

“So so”

“電梯聲音刺耳，尤其是晚間。 浴室太小，機會無法轉身沐浴。 沒有衣帽間，沒有衣櫃，沒有衣架。 免費早餐是迷你果汁和迷你小麵包，僅此而已。 停車要收費$15/晚。”

“The place is very clean and well maintained. Hotel manager , Geraldine, is very friendly and informative. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again.”

“浴室很不好”

“After registering for accommodation, a cash deposit of $100 is required. Card credit deposits cannot be used. Where is the rule?”
