Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close……

“This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access……
