“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Loved everything about this hotel. I’ve stayed in beachfront resorts but this was a different vibe, it felt like you were in a rainforest and completely at peace. GREAT OCEAN VIEW and very friendly staff. The room was very beautiful, everything was very luxurious. I most definitely recommend this resort to anyone, don’t look any further.”

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.”

“El lugar es muy agradable y tiene a muy corta distancia caminando a la playa y un gran número de lugares para comer.”

“Un excelente lugar, cerca de faro y la playa. Esto no es un hotel es un pequeño departamento con lo que tienes en tu casa para tu comodidad. Las señoras de limpieza super atentas y los de mantenimiento. La habitación con balcón hacia la calle es cómoda. Michell atento al recibirnos. Una buena opcion”

“We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone.……

“Everything was perfect and I am not sure if the beach house has control of it or not but there is an empty house next to the beach house and it has a swimming pool with very green water. Nest for mosquitos.”

“The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.”

“Great property, very helpful staff”

“The property managers were top notch...I hate giving this a review because it's so wonderful at Porto 15 that I might be letting the cat out the bag.. gorgeous rooftop pool with a view all the way out to the Ocean . Mix that with the rooftop Jacuzzi and the weather, hey you can't ask for anything better. The place was awesome and you learn your parking spot so everyone works together. Salute Porto 15 a hidden gem..”
