Unfortunately we had quite a few hiccups along the way. Originally we were not on the list for transportation and had to wait 30 minutes plus to get a ride to the house. Once we got to the gate we had to wait over an hour to get in. We had issues with the music and TV along the whole trip as well as jacuzzi. Then we also had the cancellation of our yacht 15 minutes before we got out. I believe you guys tried your best to adjust on the fly just inconvenient along the way. Understand some of these items happen, and were more than not out of your control. Javi and Mercedez were great and did their best. I would def use again as I know what occured isn't a typically experience. Overall aside from those the entire team and staff were amazing every day. 5 stars for chef and Mercedes
