“Convenient shuttle and helpful staff. Quiet room but was not properly cleaned”

“The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. Especially reception, reservations & importantly reception manager. Ifor a so call five star all inclusive resort, they don’t deliver. No hot water twice during our stay, pool service was a joke that’s if you could land a deck chair. You had to get up 6:00am to reserve one, then the staff were so under staffed. Food and drinks didn’t come out at a reasonable time and then they where also incorrect. When……

“I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. “It's a nice resort rooms are little bit out dated the furnitures were really old. The best part was the kids club my son really enjoyed it. The staffs were really nice and they do lots of fun activities with the kids. Andy at the kids club was really nice and went out of her way to make sure my son had great time. Over all it's a nice place. I just wish there was more restaurants option. Total 4 places for dinner every night they keep one close and one them is only adult so you only have 2……

“Staying at this location was the worst decision. My sister and I planned for our husband’s a Father’s Day weekend for the pool walk out room. The pool area to our room was nasty and dirty. The room smelled of mildew. No hot water one day for me and the next day no hot water for my sister’s room. TV remote didn’t work and it took maintenance over an hour to come check. Went to take shower and no wash cloths. Called and called front desk and no one would answer so husband went to the front desk.……
