「Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The suites were large and we really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The view of the Nile is breathtaking, especially at sunset. We also want to say a special thank you to Mr. Ahmed in Views restaurant- excellent!」

「This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done. The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo. The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take...
