It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. “High quality stay with comfortable bed and chairs and a great terrace with a view and pool. Hospitality and friendliness were superb. We got fresh fruit and vegetables coming from his own land.”

“The new owners were really friendly and full of local knowledge. So was Pascal the taxi driver they arranged to pick us up. But we were also given lots of privacy. The view is amazing from the studio cottage. It was well appointed and comfortable, had good wifi. It could use a memory foam for the bed though. The grounds were clean and the whole Calibishie area is safe. Dominicans are soooo friendly! ”
