「Michael was excellent very helpful. He is a keeper for sure. Place was cleaned, had dishes pots and pans, bathrooms had towels shampoo. Quiet. 」

「Clean and spacious 」

「The condo was perfect! It was very clean, in a great location, very close to the pool and quiet! Grady McGuire, the property manager was prompt in responding to any communication and made the whole transition very easy and reassuring. I will certainly stay here again! 「The property located in the PGA West was perfect for our annual golf trip. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room to stretch our legs and relax after hot days on the golf course. The pool was mere steps away for a nice cool dip as well. If we find ourselves in La Quinta again, will absolutely stay here again. 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillow. Kitchen and home was stocked well with extra towels and blankets. Gas fireplace for colder days. Great location across from old town. The patio looks out on the parking lot, but noise was not an issue. We would go back!」

「Our fur babies and us had a great week in Palm Springs! The place was super clean and had all the essentials—laundry stuff, cooking supplies, even a variety of seasonings and condiments (very appreciated). My cousin and I had fun using the grill and we all enjoyed relaxing outside, especially in the mornings with coffee.It was furnished comfortably, with extras like fans and blankets in case you run hot or cold. Our dogs loved the patio, and we loved the huge peaceful pool, friendly vacationers...

「This condo was clean, bright, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Location and views were wonderful. Bryan, the host, was responsive and helpful. We did have some problems with the pool/spa heat, but it was eventually fixed, and we received a refund for the days when the heater did not work. We liked the fact that the condo had two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a separate TV room. The TVs all had access to popular streaming channels. All in all, a great place to stay in Palm...

「A wonderful place to getaway for a week in the sun. The apt was clean, well-appointed and had everything you could need.」

「We stayed with another couple, and it was perfect. Both rooms are identical with own bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Property was clean and as advertised. Check in was seamless, and if I had questions I was answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again. 」
