“Check-in was easy; we got to check in early, and the clerk waived the early check-in fee. We got to our room and started unpacking, and the couple who checked in behind us used their key card to open the door to our room! We were all shocked! They had been given keys to our room with our room number clearly written on the card holder. We both went back to the office and the clerk was shocked at the error as they were supposed to be in a room 3 doors down from us. The floors were fake hardwood……

“Easy check in/out. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a nice bonus to staying. They have the usual fare as far as continental breakfasts go. Rooms have always been clean. Pool and lobby area were slightly malodorous this visit but this is the first time in many trips that this has been an issue.”
