"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"Overall the facilities are good. My room was silent and well equipped. Location convenient if you need to stay in the southern part of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Two issues: scratches on the room floors and malfunction of the phone. Could never contact the front desk by phone."

"⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. "Good hotel to be near the universities. Sadly my room was in the floor 1 and there was a lot of noise from the reception. The doorbell was noisy at 4-5am."
