"Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return. "

"Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet getaway from the chaos of the tourist spots in Florence. Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and great food served just downstairs. Feels like you’re staying in a home (but with amenities of a hotel). Accessible to public transportation (having a car might be better, though). Plenty of activities to do as well (we did wine & food experience). Great way to just be lazy and lounge around in the winery. We also got to do our laundry during our free time lol overall, definitely recommend!"

In addition, we were not informed our reservation included, without charge, time in the hot springs. Perhaps advance notice of parking availability in your gated parking lot for a fee. In addition, a list of local restaurants for guests seeing excursions outside the premises We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Oh my! How adorable is this house?! Gianna is a wonderful host and even brought us zucchinis and aubergines(eggplants) from her garden as well as a bottle of her house olive oil from her grove. I just loved the whole place. The kitchen is great for cooking, the bed is very comfortable, with plenty of stairs in between. Beautiful grounds with olive groves. Lovely. Unfortunately, we both caught a cold on the train. The silver lining is we had a beautiful place to rest and recuperate. We stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay again."

"Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. We spent some days exploring the area and seeing some of the nearby towns and relaxing at La Nussa. La Nussa was wonderful. The property is beautiful. The pool allowed us to cool off on hot days. Our hosts were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and cared for. It is obvious that they enjoy hosting and caring for people. The hosts had suggestions for sights to see nearby and places to eat. The rooms were clean and cooled by AC. If we ever return to Tuscany we will certainly stay at La Nussa again."

"The Franciscan Order nuns are a delight. We enjoyed their beautiful singing at the evening worship service before dinner. The bathroom for our room was small and a wet room, so we had to wipe everything dry, after taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was very peaceful."
