“We stay here mostly every time we come to Santa Cruz. Facility is clean and conveniently located near attractions, restaurants and shops. Management and staff are helpful and courteous. Place is a great value compared to other surrounding hotels that seem to be overpriced. ”

We had 2 Queens with a balcony. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. The staff was wonderful. We got a great recommendation for dinner. I would definitely stay again”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
