“Check in around 4pm and nobody was on the lobby. Took 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room smells moldy right when i open the door. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like they vacuum it. The tub looks dirty too. The walls are thin that you can hear all the cars passing by and the people in the other room talking. They dont have curtains but have wooden blinds snd because of that the room still looks bright despite turning off all the light. Looks like the house keeping just tucked in……

“They have absolutely no sense of customer service. The front desk staff was chewing gum and had an unfriendly attitude while speaking. We stayed for three days, and from the very first day of check-in, we informed them that there was no conditioner in the room. By the time we checked out, it still had not been replenished.”

“Absolutely worth it! The room is very spacious, the bed is soft, comfortable, and super clean. also very quiet. There’s a cozy dining area, and it comes with both a microwave and a refrigerator. I slept so well every night!”

“First off let me say this place is about location and price. It is near many multiple freeway locations and restaurants. Other than that is has nothing going for it. It is run down and has no blankets for the bed to sleep, just 2 sheets. The fan made sound but blew no air out. We had a desk but no chair. It advertised a patio but there was none. And the complimentary breakfast was as basic as can be, box cereal and bagels. And even though there were two guests, my wife and I, they only gave me a……

“hope in future, five months late I will be coming back, eggs donuts,and home-made yogurt are provided more frequent. I find out his time quite often food is not replenished in time to meet the demand, such as banana, waffle, home-made yogurt.Guests are holding their dishes waiting. If rooms can be provided with one more simple chair, it will be perfect . ”

“I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.”
