“The king bed was very comfortable but the actual toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. It would wobble every time you’d sit on it. It was annoying! The breakfast was very good. ”

“It was AWSOME and Frie”

“This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. ”

“Staff checked us in quickly, room was ready to go, no waiting. Very informative staff regarding where to eat and how to get there. Wonderful after a long day on the road for these senior people.”

“Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.”

“Nothing special. Everything was clean and neat and good value. It was an excellent stay and the location was beautiful. Everything worked well. The curtains are sheer, so people can see in, and you can see out and you can't close the thicker curtains. Breakfast does not include waffles, we always like it when there's a waffle maker, but those are the only negative things I have to say.”

“The property was easy to get to and close to restaurants. It had some issues. The freezer was a solid block of ice so we couldn't use it. Also, one of our towels had a softball size hole in it. The beds were fine and breakfast was good.”

“We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!”

“It was false advertising and VRBO does not have correct phone number of this property. It was some man’s number and hie is sick of getting the calls. It was an empty lot with no camper as advertised. We are getting a credit for this so it was taken care of. We never have had any trouble with VRBO before. It is now taken care of. Was just frustrating.”

“My husband and I stayed for 9 days with our dogs to hike in Daniel Boone National Forest and paddle board in Laurel Lake. The hosts were super kind and even offered to drop us off to do some boating and gave us some fresh eggs for breakfast!”

When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down.
