Pela primeira vez achei o café da manhã bem ruim. O café estava muito amargo nos dois dias e impossível de tomar, já o suco misturaram água pra render e óbvio que o suco de laranja fixou horrivel. Em relação à limpeza é sempre uma caixa de surpresas, a penúltima vez tinha uma embalagem de preservativo usado embaixo da cama, dessa vez tinha um band-aid colado e usado na pia do banheiro.

Só podemos fazer o check in a noite, o atendente foi muito gentil e solicito, os quartos estavam muito limpos e organizados. A funcionária responsável pelo café da manhã também foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Essa foi a nossa terceira estadia, gosto da localização também.

Pedi para mudar de quarto logo que cheguei pq o colchao tinha um "buraco" no meio. Na hora de ir embora, depois de uns 3 dias hospedada, achei embaixo da cama uma embalagem de preservativo usada. Acho que nao preciso dizer mais nada.

Acomodação bem razoável….

Não é o que parece !! Recepção demora pra resolver ( tv e ar sem funcionar, água do chuveiro gelada …) quarto pequeno é desconfortável, olha desculpe os comentários, precisam melhorar muito o serviço, a cordialidade, o atendimento e principalmente o conforto.

Não gostei.

Reservei 2 quartos porque iria com meus pais e meu marido á Campinas e porque haveria parcelamentos no cartão de crédito. O que não ocorreu. Ficamos em quartos apertadíssimos, que para alguém como minha mãe com dificuldade de mobilidade, foi doloroso. Não havia espaço na garagem para o carro porque há 4 vezes mais quartos do que vagas, o que obrigou meu marido a deixar a chave na recepção e estacionar em um terreno ao ar livre ao lado do estabelecimento. O que salvou a estadia de 3 dias, realmente foi o café da manhã e a simpatia e boa educação da copeira.
