“Our room was very clean and comfortable, the only issue we had was there was no shower curtain in our bathroom so we couldn’t have a shower and the plug for the bathtub didn’t fit, so no bath either. We didn’t notice this until the next morning, so too late to ask for another room.”

“The location was super rural, no receptions nor signals. WiFi wasn’t working. Room was quite big but everything was old and dirty. Bedsheets linen and towels had yellow stains. The lazy boy couch was very dusty and oily. Shower head was slight blocked, water didn’t run well. The shower cubicle floor had mouldy pinkish yellowish stains that weren’t cleaned. I had itchy skin and hives coming out after coming in contact with the bedlinen. There was no one at the reception for late evenings and……

“The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. He came in to open the bed and pointed at the cabinet to tell us to get the bed sheets and make the bed ourselves. There weren't even enough pillows and blankets. He held his head with both of his hands when we requested the bed to be……
