"This is one of the better resorts I've stayed at in Cancun. The restaurants were really good, lots too offer also. I only went to the buffet for breakfast and it was great each morning sitting out in the open deck area. The mexican restuarant on site was fantastic, and the Black and White steakhouse offered such a good meal that I ate there twice. Staff were all friendly. If I had to recommend an improvement it would be to have smart TV's that you could use to stream what you like, and the mattress was a bit firm for me. But that aside, I will be staying here again. "

"Everything is so nice, clean, and staff is great all around. From the food areas to the beach attendants everyone is so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. There was just an issue with our bed it was so uncomfortable. We survived but it definitely was not a good sleep. We have been here on several occasions and this is the only time we got a bad bed. It won’t stop us from going back but definitely didn’t have good luck with the bed this time around. "
