Kind and responsive staff, comfortable and cool room, lots of fun activities and awesome to access the night club at hotel next door. My only complaint was the food quality was poor even at the restaurants. But I expect that from an all inclusive- the drinks were great!

This was the 2nd year in a row my family with 2 children below 5 years old went to this hotel. We love it!! The staff is very friendly, amenities and activities for adults and children are great. Food is good too.

Staff was friendly, clean room, beautiful ocean view. Hotel located 15 mins from airport and on the beach. The two buffets were really good, nice selection of food. We were surprised that we had to ask for guacamole. Out of the three restaurants we enjoyed the Asian one the best. People put towels on lounge chairs early am to reserve and we had a daily hunt for lounge chairs. This shouldn’t be allowed. Beach was nice but water was rough. Lounge bar closed at 11Pm and had no ambiance. Only option to have drinks later than 11 pm was a five minute walk over to the sister resort’s sports bar/disco that was open until 1 am. Pathway to sister resort kinda sketchy. No outdoor bar at night after pool bar closed, we were disappointed that we had to have drinks inside and the bar was closed at 1 am.

The staff was very courtesy. Id give food at restaurants that required a reservation 8/10. All bar staff was well trained. I do believe drinks were watered done. The Friday beach party was awesome. Ive been to Cancun 40 to 45 times. And thats a first. Overall, job well done.

The layout of the resort and beach were beautiful. Clear water, clean beach. The food and service were disappointing. The bar opens at 11am and closes at 11pm and often earlier. They seem understaffed, sometimes waiting for drinks at the buffet or I helpful myself to coffee because they never came. The options at the buffet seem limited and hardly any authentic Mexican options. I saw guacamole once at the lunch buffet. The resort seems clean, but outdated. Not many rooms with balconies available which wasn’t clear when booking. The railing on the balcony was wobbly. The app wasn’t great and the restaurants often had availability when you go in person instead of using the app. 22 out of 32 people in our group got sick with stomach issues. I question the cleanliness of the glassware and some of the food, but the resort was able to accommodate a late checkout for a family with us that had a sick child, but only after providing all the names and room numbers of the people that got sick. People in the Facebook group seem to have mixed reviews, perhaps members have a different experience. I wouldn’t book this resort again. I travel to Mexico once a year and I had better experiences at other resorts.

There seemed to be limited amenities and limited à la carte options. It was very difficult to book the à la cartes as everything was always booked up but the restaurants did not look fully booked. The resort kept running out of beer or wouldn’t serve until 11am and cut off was 11pm which was unrealistic.

FOOD was a 3 out of 10. If you care at all about food don’t stay here. My husband got food poisoning from the buffet omelet and so missed a whole da at the beach. Buffet isn’t open certain days so you are left to the snack bar by the pool which is worse than Golden Corral. The hot food is gross, we only ate fruit, salads and bread. Drinks would make it to us when we were done eating. The outdoor pizzeria is decent but only open on certain days. Some days there was no coffee at the lounge/coffee bar area. BAR, only 1 bar and the line is usually long to wait for a drink. The blended drinks are the worst we have had. ATMOSPHERE was all about the pool party. So if you like to party at the pool then this is for you. They do a lot of activities for guests at pool area. BEACH was a 9/10. Clean, beautiful shallow area for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling. There are some large boulders at some of the shore line to break waves so you can’t swim there obviously. We stayed on the beach all day everyday. No waiters serve the beach area. No umbrellas or shade at beach just FYI. You have to grab and carry your chairs out to the beach. ROOM was very clean, we were on floor 1 facing the road/dock. Bathroom was nice, beds are good. We had a jacuzzi tub on our balcony which was nice. There is no conditioner in the shower supplies, only shampoo and soap. One night we awoke to hammering at 12:30am. We will not stay here again and DO NOT recommend.
