"This hotel and the staff who run it were exceptionally wonderful. It's always heartening to be able to speak with a real person at the front desk (and not an automated phone service) when you are on the road headed to your hotel but run into road blockages and delays along the way. We were assisted immediately on the phone by Joey at Reception who gave us valuable information on the road conditions and assured us our room key would be accessible if we arrived late. We slept better in the hotel bed at the Courtyard than we do at home. Everything was lovely, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Easy, safe parking. Great access to the beach and walkable beach trails, restaurants and cafés. We will be back!"

"This is the nicest hotel I think we have ever stayed at! The location cannot be beat for Haystack rock. An easy walk to checking out the tide pools. Staff were extremely friendly. Easy check in with welcome beverage. Warm cookies in lobby each day. The hotel hides a glass sand dollar each day and whoever finds it gets free dessert at neighboring restaurant. Our boys found it and were so excited. We don’t have a dog but hotel is extremely dog friendly with homemade dog treats, dog beds, dog washing area and a dog area with goodies in front desk area. Very walkable town! Loved the beach campfires and complementary s’mores. We cannot wait to return!!"

"Our stay exceeded every expectation and was even better than I could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel truly cares about its guests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The location was absolutely beautiful and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. One of the things that really stood out was the communication before our arrival. Kathy reached out ahead of check-in to share information about the amenities and even let us know they had beach toys available for our young son. That thoughtful touch made our family vacation even more special and showed how much they value creating a great experience for guests of all ages. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We made some amazing memories here, and I can confidently say we'll be back!"
