"This place is awesome. Right on the water with our own balcony! The room was very comfortable and well equipped, having a mini fridge was nice. We had a fireplace and beautiful spa like bathroom, the shower heads are a huge pro for someone with thick long hair!!!! Everything was great, the staff was so friendly at check in and gave us complimentary cookies, waters and sodas. We weren’t in town long but will definitely come back!"

"My daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia, I requested to cancel and a refund 2 days before our trip (bcuz pneumonia doesn't decide when it comes).. and they ignored my request or my message and proceeded to send messages about checking in.. Expedia sent a message stating they would follow up in 48 hours but I have yet to hear any updates, meanwhile Im worried about my child being short of breath or easily winded with minimal activity.. life happens, Hotel Cambria in Portland was VERY responsive and kind.. they cancelled and refunded right away.. I offered documentation and they said it wasnt necessary… extremely disappointed with Hotel Inn at Haystack Rock."
