“This house was perfect for our family. The goal was to see wildlife and we saw tons! It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would love to stay here again.”

“The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each……

“We were surprised by this hotel. Very convenient. The owner and staff are very attentive to your needs and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they even offered us to store our luggage after the checkout so we could go to the beach. We definitely recommend it. ”

“The condo was clean and comfortable for family and there was a friendly bistro across the street to grab a meal. The pool was refreshing. The concierge was fabulous and so helpful when flights were delayed and luggage lost. Great memories of the place and time spent there!”

“Max and his wife are fantastic, caring amd interesting people who treat you like family. Max is supremely knowledge of the area, the dinning options and activities available. He is responsive and helps you book and facilitate everything. The place is clean centeral and has the great vibe of staying with family. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The coffee is divine. This is one of the best places i have stayed at in a long time. I highly recommend Mavi.”

“Silvia and Ferdinando were excellent hosts. Silvia oriented us to the area and checked on tours. The property is a large garden with pool and outdoor kitchen for guests. The town is small and low key. You can walk to either beach entry. We ordered dinner at our host's Italian restaurant. Ferdinando cooked: it was wonderful. Three great courses. We were off season for whales so will try to come back to Dolce Uvita”

“The staff was very kind and accommodating the room was very nice and very big the shower was amazing we loved our balcony Overlooking the pool and seeing the scarlet macaws in the trees every morning 1 day there was a sloth on the property and the resonant cat was very sweet highly recommend this hotel very close and convenient to everything but a little bit off the beaten path”

“Had a three night stay here, it’s very close to the national park and beach in a very safe area with a lot of food options. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Scott was a great host and readily available to answer any questions. As a woman, solo traveller, would def recommend. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Seren! As soon as we got there they showed us to our tent and it was so nice and cool inside. The ac worked great the whole time we were there. The bathroom accommodations were very clean and the pool was so nice to cool off in. We had breakfast there in the mornings and the fruit was great! “Lovely relaxing peaceful home from home. Really well equipped kitchen, Gabby was a very friendly host. Check in easy. Uvita is very spread out, this hotel is walkable to the beach, but there is a lot more to see in the area so I would recommend getting your own transport. ”

“Das Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Dort waren wir fast allein. Der Strand ist ein paar Kilometer lang, gut für lange Spaziergänge am Wasser. Das Hotelpersonal war superfreundlich. Im Restaurant konnte man sehr gut essen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.”
