“The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming……

“Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% ”

“The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. If this is the experience you are looking for this is an excellent choice with all the comforts of a home. If……

“The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO……

“Great location in old Nice. Close to the tram and the sea. Close to great food and music spots. But the stairwell to the suite? Wow! That’s an adventure every time! Great host with great and helpful communication. Highly recommend”
