Pelican home

The home was very nice, and clean. No complaints on that end. I feel that you shouldn’t advertise a home by saying it’s a brand new build and that it was completed early 2023 when it was sold in 2020. The heated pool was a big selling point in this house for me and my family. The pool was cold and didn’t heat up the entire vacation. I tried to call the property manager 3 days in a row, left voicemails with out getting a callback. The welcome binder stated the pool was kept at 85° year round. The pool was at 68° for the entirety of our stay.
