Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in Cape Coral, Florida! This spacious and modern 4-bedroom house is the perfect vacation rental for families or groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The highlight of our home is the stunning canal view from the backyard, where you can watch boats go by and even fish from our private dock. The backyard also features a large screened-in pool and patio area, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, making it the perfect spot for lazy afternoons or evening barbecues. We've recently added a mini golf course to the backyard, providing fun for all ages!

The open-plan living area features a large flat-screen TV with cable, comfortable seating, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware and dishes.

The four bedrooms are all comfortable and well-appointed, with high-quality linens and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking space in the driveway.
