“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit……

“The room was excellent and the staff is world class. The customer service here is exceptional and world standard. Everyone is friendly. Wonderful experience. Words are not enough, you just have to experience it.”

“I loved that the staff were amazing, the breakfast had a good variety, the property offered a free shuttle to the attraction area and an outdoor pool & indoor gym. The concierge, Wesley was super helpful arranging tours and making recommendations. Nothing was left to be desired except that I would have enjoyed a warm pool.”
