"Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!"
"The hole staff members are amazing, so nice and helpful, they make you feel great. There is a nice pool and rooms are fine. The breakfast is very good and there is big variety all kind of salty and sweet to eat. Hotel has also a restaurant which offers great sushi and fish. "
"Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "

"Nonostante fosse indicato su hotels.com che il check-in fosse fino alle 23.00, siamo stati obbligati ad arrivare alle 22.30 come se fosse l'ultimo momento per poter entrare, anche perché era già un favore che ci aveste fatto visto che avreste dovuto chiudere alle 22.00. Ci avete chiamato anche durante il viaggio, mettendoci ansia per arrivare in orario.
Peccato che alle 23.17 il vostro addetto all'accoglienza fosse in giro per la struttura con il bagaglio in mano di un altro cliente appena...
"We chose not to stay at this property. Although the front desk staff was kind (beware only speaks italian), the rooms are severely outdated (for example no TV in room, fridge and AC both appeared not to be functional), the dining menu is laughable (pre-selection of all meals each day with extremely limited choices and 500ml of water), the facilities are old and in need or renovation, the wifi is inexistant (we could not find any signal for the entire time we were at this property) AND the worst...

The gardens are spectacular and the views are incomparable.
It’s far enough away from the town center thanks makes it a quiet retreat but close enough to get to within a few minutes."
"We had to stay at this property unexpectedly after our other accommodations fell through and we discovered a gem! The owner greeted us and checked us in early upon arrival. She was so welcoming and helpful! The vibe of the property is chill and relaxing 😌 We enjoyed a wonderful lunch by the pool (they grow their own vegetables!) and a great dinner at the restaurant on site. My only regret was not staying longer! I 100% recommend!"
"Beautiful, quiet retreat just a short 5 min taxi ride into bustling Tropea. We had 3 rooms but some were much smaller. The resort is a retreat for peace. But note: no store on site, limited access to food only during meal times & the beach is a climb down, very small & no service only chairs & umbrellas. Still a great spot. Pool is beautiful!"

"This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need towels. Inexpensive plastic bag of shampoo and bar soap. Nothing was luxurious. They offer a got cart to move you around the property to the beach but it’s very old. With torn seats and floor board. Some of The chairs and umbrellas were tearing or thin. The coperta in their restaurant was more than any in the restaurants in Tropea
Our bed was sooo hard that i asked for a new room they said but madam you booked that room. I said i just asked for accommodation for three people I didn’t know the condition so the second day they brought me a bed topper. A thin mattress of sorts. I looked under the sheets a realized the first night i was sleeping on only a box spring and the mattress they brought was only about 3-4 inches thick so still not comfortable. And it was old. Our room had cracks in the shower and the furniture was like Ikea particle board stuff and had a headboard that was a piece of poster board with a printed design screwed to the wall "
