"We absolutely loved this place! The room was clean and larger than we expected and the room was attached to the terrace/pool area so we could sit outside and enjoy beautiful views in the evening. Alessio and his staff are wonderful and so accomodating, we appreciated the helpful suggestions for navigating the area and the best sights to see. "I never write reviews, but I had to for Hotel Capri because it is fantastic. The hotel is clean, well maintained and looks newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s also a perfect location as it was walking distance to town center, the train station, and the ferry. The best part of my families’ experience was the hotel manager, Miss Teresa. She was very attentive, responsive, and treated us like family. Every time we saw Miss Teresa, she always made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento."

"Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again."
