「Traveled as a couple in late September. Great location right in the heart of Sorrento & not far from the port. The staff was very polite and held our bags prior to check-in while we took a boat trip to Capri. Hassle free check-in. The room was very clean & spacious. Complimentary prosecco, bottled water, and other snacks/refreshments. No complaints and we would definitely come back.」

「Plenty of places to eat, right next to the train station, and the host answered very quickly and was very helpful」

「室內 air-conditioning 提供不穩定的溫度！」

「Catfishes you into thinking it has a private beach but really it’s a few blocks away from any of them. Some of the beach photos on their page are misleading. In reality they can give you a “10%” discount at beach clubs nearby」

「Great staff」

「Beautifully decorated, clean and amazing sea views for both balconies」

「An old world experience in a modern world hotel! The facilities was beyond excellent and the staff was beyond great. The location was close to everything but still tuck away from the crowds and noise. The restaurant was excellent. The service was catered to the guest, making you fill special and unique. I would be remiss to mention the private elevator to the beach/docks. Beyond special! We would definitely stay here again!」

「Great staff, clean place, and an amazing location. Would definitely come back again if i am ever in Sorrento later But The only downside that it's basically an apartment split into private rooms with baths, but they're so small you can hear everyone else inside or outside your room.」

「地點方便，步行到海邊只需3-5分鐘，巷口就是老街。 房間十分舒適，且公共區有洗手間。」

「很美的五星級飯店」

「Great location in the heart of the city. Great bathroom—large shower, thoughtful amenities. Staff was always responsive and helpful. Very comfortable bed.」

「Best place to stay in Sorrento」

「Beautiful view from our room. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The pool was so nice! About 20 minute walk from the city centre which was no problem. We had a great stay!」

「Great location. Minutes from main square Piazza Tasso. Excellent host. Comfortable amenities. Note this hotel does not have an elevator. Be prepared to walk up several stairs.」

「Loved our stay here!! The room was spacious and clean. Best part was how warm, kind, and accommodating every member of the staff was. Would highly recommend and stay here again!」

「Hospitable reception and service， excellent place for sea view.」
