“Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. The area around the pool looks worn out, with several damaged and faded awnings that need urgent replacement. The rooms also show clear signs of neglect — walls and furniture are starting to look tired and outdated. “We stayed here about 4 years in a row. LOVE THIS PLACE. Splurge for the villa. Just steps from the pool and steps to the beach too. Perfect for kids! Plenty of space. Will return again and again. “We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .”
