Completely useless website
I booked from this website for two nights, and when we went for check in there was already guest staying there , I was shocked and it was late evening and we have infants with us they we don’t know what to do , I spoke to property manager he said someone already checked in yesterday, this is completely VRBO fault to do over booking .
I spoke to VRBO , and staff was not that helpful and they was offering hostel which nobody wants to stay with infants , then offer property which more then expensive and plus they want me to pay that ,
They they said we can return your money in few day and we will think about compensation but they only return my actual amount
I spent a lot on that day
Nobody reached me after that
