“The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the……

“Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. “Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff”

“I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally……

“Apartment located near a high street, no matter we could buy food to cook or dine out were very convenience. Room is neat and tidy.Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a cosy place to stay.”
