Host double booked the place and told me it wasn't available anymore, didn't cancel or refund on their end, and since it was a non refundable booking I couldn't cancel myself or ask for a refund. After a few messages to the host with no answer, I had to go through Vrbo customer support to resolve the issue and thankfully they issued a refund and even a credit as it took over a week to resolve. Do not deal with this host.
