“Property was fine. A little frustrating that the online check in prior to arrival stated check in was at 2pm, however, when we arrived at 2:30p, we were told we could not check in until 3p as there were no rooms clean. Very happy with the price. The staff was very friendly. Easy access on/off the toll road.”

“There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation.”

“Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible neighborhood. They dont even have a front desk clerk...they literally outsourced it to India. You check in through a machine with an Indian dude on camera who was impossible to understand. 100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”

“This was very easy to get to right off the exit. The room was a nice size for all we needed. Everything was clean and appropriately stocked with enough towels. The breakfast was plenty with several options. Nothing was out of stock and the staff even came around offering food in case anyone wanted anything. The staff was friendly to work with. A very nice place to stay and sleep and re energized.”

“Front desk staff was amazing. Hotel was clean besides outside trashes were overflowing all weekend. Do not care for the etiquette of the cleaning staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice in 4 weeks and both times the cleaning staff has not only knocked on our door 2 hours before check-out time but tried to come into our room both times. I understand the want to jump on rooms as soon as possible, but when a guest hasn't checked out, it's absolutely unacceptable. To not only be knocking on a……

“I booked a 1 bed with king...I am give 2 gween room...right away went and said something, desk tells me that's what Expedia booked for you..I showed my reservation and she said stat strange..but I can't do anything..you booked 3rd party..want Hilton points, I said I can't spend points or it won't make my bed correct...bad place...no parking and bring your laughter for breakfast..”

“outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. ”
