“We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.”

“We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues……

“The staff at Zoetry, especially concierge staff, Shelley, Shevanca, and JaNae really made this trip worth every penny that I spent, and because of how they treated me and attended to my Unique and every Need, I will absolutely return to this resort again. Janae took time to type up a list and printed it of all of my food, allergies so I can bring them with me when I go out to eat on and off the of the resort. that put me at ease and meant the whole world to me.
