“There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.”

“The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out.”

The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!”

“Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.”

“Beautiful resort. Rooms a little older but bathrooms and decor are modern. The pool area and views are incredible and the elevator to the beach is a real plus. Quick drive or Uber to old town of Alvor with incredible restaurants. The real plus was the level of customer service from the front of the house staff. They are knowledgeable, offer great recommendations and so helpful. Would highly recommend staying here when in the Algarve.”
